Warranty Policy

What we guarantee, for how long, what is not covered, and how to make a claim.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Our warranty

We warrant the products we supply and the installation work we carry out for 5 years from the date the work is completed. The warranty is based on the material chosen for your property, and it covers the material and the installation.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not take away from, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this policy excludes a right that the law gives you.

2. What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects. A fault in the material or the workmanship of the product as it left us, which appears during the warranty period.
  • Installation faults. A fitting or fixing that was not done to our own specification, including an anchor or a fixing that fails within the warranty period.
  • Damage in transit. A product that arrives damaged. Tell us as soon as you notice the damage, as set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
  • Not what you ordered. A product that is not the product described in your order or quotation.

3. What the warranty does not cover

The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover:

  • Physical damage to the product after installation, including breakage, cuts, tears, burns and stretching of the net or the mesh.
  • Misuse, and work carried out by anybody other than us, including the removal or the adjustment of an installation by another person.
  • Damage from external causes, including weather, vandalism, a fall, a vehicle impact, fire, smoke or flooding.
  • Normal wear and tear, including the loosening of a fixing over time, the fading of a material, and the settling of a building.
  • Damage caused by the site, including water ingress, a weak structure, a crack in the wall or slab, or a movement of the building, where we were not able to identify the condition at the survey.
  • Wear beyond the rated capacity of the product, or an installation that has been modified or extended without our involvement.
  • The cost of access. Where reaching an installation requires a ladder, a rope, the removal of a fixture or the cutting of a wall, that cost is not part of the warranty unless we have agreed it in writing.

4. Making a claim

  1. Tell us. Contact us at enquiry@oneto7enterprises.com or on +91 9403891270, quoting your invoice or order number and the date of installation, and describing the problem. Please do this as soon as you notice it.
  2. Send photographs. Photographs of the whole installation and of the fault help us decide quickly and often avoid a visit.
  3. Inspection. Where we need to inspect the installation, we will arrange a visit at a time convenient to you. Our technician will carry the identity card that identifies them as an employee of OneTo7.
  4. Our decision. If the claim is covered, we repair the installation, replace the faulty part or product, or refund what you paid for the faulty item. We decide which of those is appropriate for the fault.

A claim must be raised within the warranty period of 5 years.

5. Service visits after the warranty

A service visit after the warranty has run out is chargeable, and we will tell you the charge before we come. We will not begin a chargeable visit until you have agreed to it.

6. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with how a claim was handled, you can ask our Grievance Officer, Grievance Officer, on enquiry@oneto7enterprises.com or +91 9403891270. The process is described on our Grievance Redressal and Contact page.
